Experience – 1. For Assistant/Officer - Min. 2 to 4 Year in extrusion/plastic injection moulding process.

2. For Assistant – 2to 3 Year in extrusion/plastic injection moulding process.

Salary – CTC 2.40 LPA – 3.00 LPA (Depend on skill & interview)

Location – Nighoje, Chakan, Pune

Shift Time – 8 Hours duty in rotational shift

Facility – PF, ESIC, Gratuity,Subsidies canteen & free transport (khed-chakan chowk-company)

(ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY: -

Production Activities:

§ Taking charge from previous line officer, includes Production activities, concern with Grade/Color, Process Parameters & Specification.

§ Responsible for Shift/Daily production, scarp Generated & WIP Consumption.

§ Responsible for Proper Identification of FG material & WIP Material.

§ Follow Production Plan.

§ Update the Production Board before Grade changeover.

§ To run machine according to SOP’s, PSCS & Work Instructions.

§ Monitoring the whole process i.e. From RM Mixing to FG Packing.

§ Maintain quality of product & avoid any type of contamination.

§ Responsible to consume unpack & sieved material as per instructions.

§ Train new casuals about the Process/System & Safety.

§ Manpower Allocation & keep the record of same.

§ Check & observe number of batches weighed & its weight as per compounding memo & record the same in Production Report

§ Processing of Material as per Process Specification Control Sheet.

§ Coordinate with Quality Assurance team to continue the run.

§ Print FG identification label as per PSCS.

§ Packing FG bags as per compounding memo & Responsible for stitching / sealing

§ If observes any production/ machinery abnormalities, then immediately report to Production Head/ Maintenance Department.

§ Minimize Start up Scrap while processing.

§ Shift wise Grind and consume daily generated start up scrap in respective grades

§ Reduce Grade changeover time.

§ In absence of any line officer, take an additional responsibilities along with above mentioned duties & responsibilities.

Production Record Maintenance:

§ Fill Production cum Inspection record & Daily packing details

§ Fill Weighing Scale Verification Record.

§ Responsible for Production related entries in SAP system.

§ Record exact quantity of Scrap in Production report.

§ Maintain Input vs. Output ratio.

§ Compliance of TS system documentation.

Housekeeping, 5S, Safety & Other:

§ Cleaning of all Machines & other equipment’s

§ According to 5S, Maintain Good Housekeeping Practices at Workplace.

§ Safety awareness during processing & use of PPE’s

§ Should Have Knowledge & Awareness of IATF 16949:2016

§ Maintain physical distance while working on shop floor

§ Maintain Self Hygiene

§ Implementation of Kaizen on shop floor area
