Job Description

Prepare general ledgers and financial statements for family entities, which include trusts, HUF, individual.
Process all accounts payable transactions.
Oversee cash management.
Prepare and present investment proposals and opportunities across all asset classes, including but not limited to: anchor investments, pre-IPO opportunities, structured debt, alternate assets (e.g., private equity, venture capital, real estate), public equity, mutual funds, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
Interface with consultants, banks and investment intermediaries on day-to-day transactions and issues.
Interface with managers from external partnerships to gather information as needed.
Prepare monthly Investment Summary (updated summary of assets by entity, at FMV.)
Prepare and present monthly MIS such as P&L, Cashflow, Insurance & EMI tracker, Credit Card expenses, etc
Prepare tax returns and other compliances related to investment and accounts.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications: MBA/CA or equivalent.
6 - 9 years of prior supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area.
Experience with process improvement and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software.
Experience with individual accounting and family office needs.
Tax experience a plus.
