Job Title: Assessor

Job Summary: The Assessor will be responsible for evaluating student assignments, projects, and assessments in business, management, or computing subjects.

The role requires providing accurate, fair, and timely grading, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring alignment with course learning outcomes and institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities: ● Evaluate student assignments, projects, case studies, and practical submissions according to defined marking criteria.

● Grade assessments consistently and fairly, maintaining academic integrity and institutional guidelines.

● Provide detailed, constructive feedback to help students improve understanding and performance.

● Ensure timely completion of grading and reporting of student results.

● Maintain accurate records of student performance and assessment outcomes.

● Collaborate with faculty members and academic coordinators to clarify grading rubrics and assessment expectations.

● Participate in standardization or moderation exercises to ensure consistency of grading across assessors.

● Identify common areas of student difficulty and report insights to course instructors for potential improvements in teaching materials.

● Ensure compliance with institutional policies regarding plagiarism and academic misconduct.

● Assist in the preparation of assessment reports, statistics, and recommendations for course improvement.

Qualifications & Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management or related field.

Job Location:Kochi/Pune/Remote

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
