Job Description

5+ is considered as Senior(Lead) NET Support Specialist : - Should be managing the team for any technical challenged team needed. - Microsoft technology development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5 onwards, MVC, Web api, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular, SQL 2012 onwards, SQL stored procedure. - Hands on experience in handling production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on SLA metrics defined for production support tickets as well - Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to L2,L3, L4 is needed (Problem Management). - Development Experience required for Continuous improvement program - Good problem solving capabilities in developed applications.
