Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training sessions on hospital and healthcare administration topics. Develop lesson plans, training modules, and evaluation materials aligned with course objectives. Teach subjects such as hospital operations, healthcare policies, medical records management, quality assurance, hospital finance, HR in healthcare, and patient care coordination. Incorporate real-life case studies, current healthcare trends, and practical examples in sessions. Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback and mentoring. Stay updated with current hospital administration practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure quality training delivery.
