Aspen eBRs - A/SA

The ASPEN Tech EBRS Developer is expected to resolve incidents and service requests by providing technical and functional expertise and guidance to support analysts. You will be responsible for analyzing incidents/issues, identifying root causes, implementing fixes based on root cause analysis, and documenting resolutions for known errors. It is essential to review the implementation of solutions for bug fixes/enhancements to ensure adherence to Sanofi technical and quality standards and guidelines. As an ASPEN Tech EBRS Developer, you will perform technical impact assessments due to changes (minor enhancements), take the transition for the assigned set of applications, and proactively highlight issues and roadblocks to the Service Delivery Lead. You will also be responsible for the complete and timely transition of new applications for owned domain areas, including developing transition documents and deliverables as per the transition plan. Internal reviews of artefacts during transition/execution, onboarding the technical team, documenting relevant SOPs, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring a seamless playback session for the team's techno-functional understanding are also part of your responsibilities.
