The Tool Room Supervisor will manage daily operations in the tool room, oversee tooling design, machining, and troubleshooting activities, and ensure effective maintenance and organization of tools and fixtures. Responsibilities also include supervising a team of toolmakers, coordinating with production departments to meet tooling requirements, and implementing safety and quality standards. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills and experience in managing teams Proficiency in tooling design and fixtures Experience in machining and troubleshooting Ability to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work full-time on-site in Mumbai Relevant certifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
