We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior PCS7 Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad and drive our international projects to success. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PCS7 Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Siemens PCS7 systems. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert responsible for the design, configuration, programming, and commissioning of PCS7-based automation solutions for major international projects. This role requires significant travel to project sites in the Middle East, Africa, and Central America to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * **System Design & Engineering:** Design, configure, and engineer complete PCS7 automation systems, including AS, OS, BATCH, and NET components. * **Software Development:** Develop, code, and test Continuous Control Logic (CFC/SFC) and Sequential Control Charts in accordance with project requirements. * **BATCH Engineering:** Implement and configure PCS7 BATCH solutions for recipe-based production processes, ensuring compliance with S88 standards. * **HMI/SCADA Development:** Design and develop intuitive and efficient operator graphics (OS) and faceplates for process visualization and control. * **International Commissioning & Startup:** Lead and execute commissioning activities at client sites internationally, including FAT, SAT, loop checks, system troubleshooting, and operator training. * **Project Leadership:** Take ownership of automation deliverables, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * **Client Interaction:** Work directly with international clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and build strong, lasting relationships. * **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Test Protocols, and As-Built documentation. **Required Qualifications & Experience** * **Education:** Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Engineering. * **Core Experience:** Minimum of **5-7 years** of strong, hands-on experience in engineering, configuration, and commissioning of **Siemens PCS7** systems. * **Industry Expertise:** Proven project experience in one or more of the following industries is **mandatory**: * **F&B (Food & Beverage)** * **SUGAR** * **BATCH** Processes * **FEEDMILL** * **FLOURMILL** * **SILOs** (Bulk Material Handling) * **Technical Skills:** * Profound knowledge of PCS7 architecture (AS 410/AS 412, OS Client/Server, BATCH, PH). * Expertise in CFC, SFC, and SCL programming. * Hands-on experience with PCS7 BATCH and Recipe Management. * Experience with network configuration (Industrial Ethernet, PROFIBUS-DP/PA, PROFINET). * Familiarity with drive integration (Siemens, etc.) and field instrumentation. * **Travel:** Must be willing and able to undertake extensive international travel (approximately 40-50%) to the **Middle East, Africa, and Central America**. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
