Verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) against actual site work. Cost Control & Budgeting: Track project costs against budgeted costs. Analyse cost variances and suggest corrective actions. Prepare monthly cost reports for management. Site Coordination: Collaborate with site engineers for progress measurement and verification. Conduct site visits to verify work completion and quantity executed. Documentation & Contracts: Maintain records of contract documents, amendments, and payment certificates. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed project execution plans, including civil and interior finishing works. Prepare and track work schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera. Coordinate with design and procurement teams to align delivery timelines. 2. Execution & Site Supervision Supervise all civil works (structure, RCC, masonry) and finishing works (plaster, tiling, false ceiling, painting, joinery, etc.). Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications. Manage daily site activities and resolve technical issues in real-time. 3. Vendor & Subcontractor Management Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor to meet deadlines. Review and verify work progress for billing and payment. Monitor resource allocation (manpower, materials, machinery). 4. Quality Assurance & Safety Enforce adherence to QMS (Quality Management Systems) and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and snag lists. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements (like labor laws, EHS norms). 5.
