Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Expert located in Imphal. The Operations Expert will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, overseeing the implementation of operational policies and procedures, and ensuring the efficiency of daily administrative tasks. Other duties include analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic measures to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Qualifications \n Experience in Operations Management and Coordination Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills Proficiency in Developing and Implementing Operational Policies and Procedures Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to Work On-Site in Imphal Proven Track Record in Enhancing Productivity and Operational Efficiency Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Business Development is a plus Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
