Job Title: Medical Sales Representative Location: Hyderabad Company: ASK Healthtech Industry: Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Medical Devices Experience: 2-5 years preferred in medical sales Salary: Competitive with incentives Employment Type: Full-time About Us: ASK Healthtech is a rapidly growing healthcare company specializing in IV fluids, contrast media, surgical consumables, and other essential hospital supplies. We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected sales professional who can penetrate the hospital, pharmacy, and trade markets using a strong network of sub-distributors, retailers, and hospitals. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell IV fluids, contrast media, and surgical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and medical distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with: - Hospital purchase departments - Pharmacy chains and independent outlets - Sub-distributors and wholesalers Identify and convert new business opportunities in both private and government sectors. Ensure smooth sales operations including order booking, payment follow-up, and after-sales support. Gather market insights and provide timely feedback on pricing, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demos and provide training to hospital/pharmacy staff when required. Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, supply chain, and timely delivery of goods. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales. Strong existing network with pharmacy stores, hospitals, and sub-dealers in the Hyderabad region. Experience in IV fluids or surgical product sales is a strong advantage, Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
