Job Description: Design and develop analog and digital circuits for electronic products. Perform circuit simulations, debugging, and testing to ensure product reliability. Select appropriate electronic components based on cost, availability, and performance. Work on power electronics, signal processing, and high-speed PCB design as required. Optimize PCB design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and testability (DFT). Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration. Conduct hardware validation, troubleshooting, and EMI/EMC compliance testing. Document design specifications, test results, and technical reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in hardware electronics and PCB design. Strong understanding of analog & digital circuit design, power electronics, and microcontroller-based systems. Experience with PCB prototyping, assembly, and testing. Hands-on knowledge of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and circuit debugging tools. Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.). Knowledge of EMI/EMC considerations, thermal management, and PCB fabrication processes. Good soldering/ PCB assembly skills including 0204,0102 SMD parts and BGA pad ics using hot plates and soldering station. Ability to find PCBA problems, field support, deployments, and testing to ensure product reliability. Select appropriate electronic components based on cost, availability, and performance. PCB layout skill in Eagle, KiCad,Altium,OrCAD tools or similar will be an advantage Procurement and vendor dealing experience for sourcing parts Production management process knowledge Supervising and guiding electronic product assembly workers.
