About the Job Role We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Business Process Manager to manage full-cycle product development and export operations. This role includes procurement, coordination with design and production teams, documentation, compliance, and export logistics. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, systematic, and capable of managing projects from concept to shipment. Key Responsibilities: • Procurement of raw materials and packaging components; manage supplier quotes and purchase orders • Coordinate development of packaging, label design, and fragrances with external vendors • Manage approvals and mock-ups for international buyers; prepare product samples • Work with production and QA teams to meet timelines and ensure quality standards • Prepare export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and regulatory paperwork • Liaise with testing labs, clearing agents, and transporters to ensure timely export execution • Maintain structured records of inputs, designs, test reports, and compliance documents Qualities Required • Must be from a product-based industry (not service sector) • Excellent in mathematics, mensuration, and understanding of weights & measures • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong written communication skills • Quick learner with good memory, proactive, and result-driven • Ability to create and improve systems; willing to work long-term
