Fire Key Responsibilities: Conduct a 6-month structured fire safety training course for plant workers at the project site. Deliver both theoretical and practical sessions on fire prevention, rescue operations, firefighting techniques, PPE usage, and emergency preparedness. Organize mock drills , safety demonstrations, and hands-on extinguisher training. Prepare and maintain lesson plans, attendance sheets, evaluation reports , and training logs. Continuously assess trainee performance and adjust training content as needed. Ensure alignment with plant safety protocols and support the development of a safety-first mindset. Coordinate with site safety officers and plant managers for seamless training implementation. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with prior on-site or institutional fire safety training experience will be preferred. Retired defense/fire service personnel with instructional background are highly encouraged. Ability to conduct training in Hindi / local language preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and practical demonstration skills.
