Role & responsibilities Promote and sell hoists, single girder cranes, jib cranes & allied products. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Build long-term customer relationships & ensure after-sales support. Identify new opportunities, expand territory reach & strengthen market share. Collaborate with service, marketing & finance teams for seamless execution. Achieve sales targets & submit regular performance reports. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs & client meetings. Preferred candidate profile Strong sales background (industrial equipment preferred). Excellent relationship-building & negotiation skills. Willingness to travel pan-India. Target-driven with proven results.
