Job Title: Sales Representative (Female) Company: Asian Banquets Location: Bhandup, Mumbai About the Role: Asian Banquets is looking for a dynamic and well-spoken female Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English , a friendly attitude, and the confidence to engage with customers through calls, social media, and walk-ins. Gujarati-speaking candidates will be given preference. This is a frontline sales and client coordination role that focuses on lead handling, relationship management, and assisting senior sales personnel in finalizing bookings. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily incoming calls and enquiries from potential customers. Manage and respond to leads generated through social media, website, and walk-ins . Serve as the first point of interaction for all new leads and build rapport with clients. Follow up regularly with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records accurately. Coordinate with the Senior Sales Executive and Sales Manager for lead handover and finalization. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Support in promotional activities and assist in executing sales campaigns . Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings or hall visits. Requirements: Gender: Female (mandatory) Languages: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English ; Gujarati-speaking candidates preferred. Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream). Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in hospitality, events, or sales will be an added advantage. Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Bhandup or nearby suburbs will be preferred. Personality Traits: Smart, presentable, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms. Reporting To: Manager Senior Sales Executive Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site- timings 10:30 am to 7 pm
