Description
As an HSE Business Partner for Asia & Middle East at Topsoe, your role is crucial in supporting and advising local site management on HSE topics while promoting the Zero Harm culture. You will be responsible for implementing the global HSSE strategy, integrating local requirements, and leading improvement activities in the Middle East and Asia region. Your duties will include designing and developing HSE policies, processes, and programs for the Topsoe Service Line Business, as well as supporting and advising on HSE programs for Global technology business. Additionally, you will lead emergency management setup, implement crisis and continuity management plans, and oversee incident management for Asia and the Middle East. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support and advise local site management on HSE topics - Implement global HSSE strategy and integrate local requirements - Design and develop HSE policies, processes, and programs - Lead improvement activities in the Middle East and Asia region - Implement HSE programs for Global technology business - Lead emergency management setup and crisis management plans - Oversee incident management for Asia and the Middle East **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive experience in HSE roles in chemical, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, or other heavy industries - Strong understanding of international HSE standards, regulations, and best practices - Proven track record in managing HSE - Working knowledge of Process Safety Management - Experience with programs for Service Line Business and Project HSE Management At Topsoe, you will have the opportunity to be part of a diverse and dedicated team that is passionate about solving some of the world's biggest challenges.
