The Mining Foreman will oversee daily mining operations, supervise workers, manage the allocation and usage of heavy equipment, and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, coordinating with team members, and ensuring efficient production workflows, while adhering to regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities Experience with operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment Knowledge of Carpentry and Maintenance techniques Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage on-site operations Relevant work experience in the mining industry is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in mining operations is a plus
