Handle marketing activities in field as well as e-commerce platforms (Amazon & other online portals). Develop strategies to promote products/services and increase visibility. Coordinate with sales teams and vendors to support lead generation. Prepare marketing reports, maintain customer records, and follow-up on leads. Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking, writing, email correspondence is a must). Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent client servicing. Key Skills: Strong communication & presentation skills. Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, IndiaMART, etc.) . Good understanding of digital & field marketing practices.
