The candidate will be in charge of Voice Core and IMS activities in the Voice Core team, in the Service handling the Network Lab of the client. Activity and required skills: Configuration and network integration of Voice Core nodes in order to prepare the testing environment as requested by the activities requesters / testing teams; Troubleshooting the incidents detected and raised by the activities requesters (e.g. routing, implementation, roaming Issues, Provisioning, on different network elements) Being autonomous in the handling of activities, which are assigned by the Voice Core Techical Leader; Ensuring that the Voice Core SLAs related to the assigned tickets are met and not breached; Handling proper communication with all the involved stakeholders: requesters of the activities (testers), other teams to be involved for configuration and 2nd level support troubleshooting, network nodes vendors, colleagues from other domains of the Service (Data Core, RAN, IP Core, and others). Monitoring the health status of all Voice Core nodes in the Lab by executing periodically planned preventive maintenance activities Supporting special project activities in the weekend: usually on-call all day in standard working hours 1 Saturday per month Key skills Advanced experience with: configuration of Voice Core nodes (CS and IMS): MSS, TRS, TAS, CSDB, HLR, HSS Nokia SBC, CSCF, DNS Huawei and Nokia Signaling GW, DRA troubleshooting for the incidents detected and raised by the activities requesters, following the entire End to End flow and tracing (with Wireshark and other tools) and analyzing step by step until the root cause is found, and fixed; Notice period : 30,45 days & immediate joiners
