The Farmer will be responsible for day-to-day agricultural tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining farm equipment and infrastructure. The Farmer will also oversee the health and welfare of livestock, if applicable, and ensure sustainable farming practices are followed. Efficient record-keeping, soil management, and pest control are integral parts of the role. Qualifications Experience in Agricultural Practices, Crop Management, and Soil Management Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Farm Machinery Knowledge of Sustainable Farming Practices and Pest Control Ability to Maintain Accurate Records and Manage Farm Inventory Strong Physical Stamina and Ability to Work Outdoors in Various Weather Conditions Excellent Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills Experience with Livestock Management is a plus Relevant certifications or a degree in Agriculture or a related field is beneficial
