KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and manage General Trade channels – retailer, wholesalers & distribution 2. Appoint and onboard new distributors in assigned territories achieve primary and secondary sales target 3. Ensure product visibility and in market execution. 4. Conduct market visit, competitor tracking and reporting 5. Execute field level promotions and build brand presence. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 1 year Experience in FMCG Sales (General Trade Experience is a MUST) 1. Strong knowledge of Jharkhand retail retailers, wholesale & distribution network dealing in FMCG products. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship- building skills. 3. Field oriented mindset, with ready to travel daily.
