Role Brief: We're looking to hire a Content Strategist & Integrated Marketing Executor with strong foundation in finance to lead the ideation, creation, planning, and end-to-end execution of high-impact content across digital & traditional platforms. This role is at the heart of Ashika’s brand storytelling - transforming complex financial insights into relatable, engaging, and shareable content that drives awareness, trust, and action. You will be responsible for owning the full content lifecycle: from strategy and calendar planning to scripting, cross-team coordination, publishing, and performance analysis. If you can craft a viral Instagram Reel on SIPs as effortlessly as you can build a data-backed quarterly content plan, this role is for you. Role Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning Develop and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, website) aligned with market trends and product launches. Create tailored content journeys for diverse audiences (new investors, HNIs, millennials) using behavioural insights. Translate financial and macroeconomic trends into engaging, audience-centric narratives. Creative Development & Execution Ideate and produce high-impact content including Reels, videos, carousels, blogs, and emails. Build platform-native formats with a sharp, conversational tone. Oversee design and video execution to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Financial Storytelling Simplify complex financial topics into relatable, visual, and story-driven content. Use analogies and behavioural cues to enhance understanding and engagement. Maintain a library of evergreen financial content for ongoing use. Performance & Optimisation Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to refine content strategy. Identify winning formats through A/B testing and feedback-driven iteration. Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with research, sales, and growth teams to align messaging with business goals. Stay updated on digital and AI-driven content trends to enhance creativity and efficiency. Role Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Finance. Around 3 years experience in content strategy or marketing within fintech, wealthtech, or financial services. Proven portfolio of engaging financial or educational content (links/samples preferred). Strong understanding of Indian markets, mutual funds, and tax-saving products. Excellent writing skills with adaptability across tones and formats. Proficiency in content and analytics tools. Self-driven, with the ability to plan, create, and optimise content independently. Preferred Attributes: Experience producing viral or high-engagement content. Familiarity with behavioural economics in messaging. Working knowledge of AI tools for writing, voiceovers, or video creation. Role Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and other applicable corporate laws and regulations. File necessary documents and returns with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI and ROC. Draft resolutions, notices, forms and other legal documents related to board/shareholder meetings. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and take appropriate action. Liaise with stock exchanges, SEBI, MCA, auditors and other regulatory authorities. Assist in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Role Requirements: Qualified Company Secretary with 2 - 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of listing regulations, corporate laws, SEBI, ROC and governance practices. Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with e-filing systems on MCA V2 and V3 portal and other regulators.
