Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installations, maintenance and operation of lubrication systems, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Daily tasks will include managing service schedules, supervising a team of technicians, conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with clients to address their needs and provide solutions. The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards. Qualifications Proficiency in managing service team and overseeing maintenance operations Experience in supervising teams, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues Knowledge of centralized lubrication solutions Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients to provide effective solutions Ability to implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards Relevant experience in the industrial maintenance sector, preferably in a supervisory role Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
