Your Role Convert detailed faade design drawings into accurate 3D models using Autodesk Inventor for large-scale construction projects. Generate comprehensive production drawings, part files, assembly files, and other required outputs from fully detailed 3D models. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure models align with structural, architectural, and performance requirements. Maintain drawing and model accuracy across revisions and project phases. Actively contribute to team development by mentoring junior designers and promoting advanced modelling practices. Champion the use of parametric modelling, iLogic automation, and other digital tools to enhance efficiency and consistency. Stay informed on evolving industry standards, ensuring all models and outputs meet current compliance requirements. Drive innovation in digital design and production workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital excellence. Your Skills Bachelor Degree preferred. Ideally a Master degree. 3-5 years experience in the Faade/Cladding industry. High Proficiency using Inventor and AutoCAD. Experience using iLogic or other parametric software is advantageous. Experience using Shuecal, CAM programming, CNC Machining is a plus. Knowledge of cladding manufacturing and construction. Proactive team member capable of mentoring younger professionals.
