Account Executive bengaluru 1 - 3 years INR 0.5 - 0.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management. Record and maintain all purchase, sales, and expense vouchers in Tally/ERP system. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per compliance requirements. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. Assist in preparing MIS reports, P&L statements, and cash flow statements. Manage vendor bills, client invoices, and ensure timely collections & payments. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required. Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate ledgers. Verify and process employee reimbursements and payroll inputs. Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and internal use. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 13 years in accounting (preferably in construction/interior design/real estate/manufacturing sector). Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Kannada will be a plus). Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Interior Designer bengaluru 0 - 1 years INR 0.5 - 0.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Responsibilities: Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyle needs, and design preferences. Develop functional, aesthetic, and customized interior design concepts for homes (apartments, villas, and independent houses). Create space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and 2D/3D visualizations. Collaborate with sales and project teams to prepare design proposals, presentations, and BOQs. Ensure all designs are aligned with project budgets, timelines, and technical feasibility. Conduct site measurements and coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and contractors during execution. Select finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, and lighting in line with client requirements. Provide design revisions based on client feedback and finalize design for production/execution. Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and technologies in interior design. Maintain strong client communication to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 0.6 3 years in residential interior design or modular furniture design. Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms. Meet prospective clients, understand their interior design requirements, and present customized solutions. Conduct showroom walkthroughs, explain design concepts, materials, and execution process. Coordinate with the design team for proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales within company guidelines. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Update and manage lead status in CRM/ERP regularly. Collaborate with marketing and presales team for lead nurturing and conversion. Stay updated on interior design trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
