The Opportunity We're looking for a senior Full-Stack Engineer to own the architecture, design, and development of our AI platform. You'll work directly with the founders to build real-time voice systems, data-driven scoring pipelines, and ATS integrations that redefine how recruiters work. What You'll Build AI Interview Engine: Develop real-time AI interviews with FastAPI and WebSocket streaming. Candidate Scoring Logic: Design algorithms to transform voice conversations into structured performance scores. ATS Integrations: Build secure, scalable two-way syncs with ATS/CRM platforms. Recruiter Dashboard: Develop modern React/Next.js dashboards for analytics, workflows, and reports.
