About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our company. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, managing front-desk activities efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.) Pleasant personality and professional appearance Why Join Us?
