Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Voice Process Executives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Resolve customer complaints, queries, and requests effectively and efficiently Provide information about products/services, billing, and support-related issues Document call information and maintain customer records in the system Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality benchmarks Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil] Active listening and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma / Graduate (any discipline) Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage Working Conditions:Rotational shifts (Day/Night) 6-day work week (1 weekly off) On-site / Work-from-Home options (based on company policy) Why Join Us?
