Purpose Join Ascenteum’s India support team to provide day to day production support for client SimCorp environments resolve incidents perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with clients and internal teams Core responsibilities Triage and resolve L1 L2 incidents in SimCorp production environments escalate per Ascenteum runbooks Monitor system health batch jobs and interfaces respond to alerts and perform reconciliations Execute Ascenteum runbooks validate fixes and produce incident reports and RCAs Maintain knowledge base and support scheduled maintenance and data loads Coordinate with Ascenteum developers vendors and client operations for deployments and fixes Required skills Hands on experience with SimCorp modules or strong exposure to investment systems Strong SQL skills for investigation and data validation Familiarity with ticketing tools ServiceNow JIRA Good understanding of investment operations and strong English communication Good understanding of IBOR /ABOR Capital Markets or Investment management knowledge / experience is crucial Simcorp One exp bonus Desirable Experience with SimCorp Dimension administration or Coric basic scripting Python PowerShell Experience & shift 2–5 years in production support for investment systems India based rotational shifts to cover North America and Europe windows on call rotation KPIs MTTA MTTR SLA adherence ticket backlog customer satisfaction
