Ascent Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a commitment to inspiring students to explore and understand the world of Physics. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons for senior secondary classes. Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress effectively. Encourage analytical and scientific thinking through experiments and real-world applications. Maintain an interactive and inclusive classroom environment. Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on conceptual clarity. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience. Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and school activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized university. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills.
