AS400 Developer

As an AS400 Developer, you will be joining our technology team with a requirement to have experience in iSeries/AS400/Power i systems, proficiency in RPG/400 and CL programming, and familiarity with SQL and Query/400. Prior exposure to financial industry processes will be advantageous for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain applications on the AS400 (iSeries/Power i) platform. - Participate in new development, enhancements, and maintenance of existing RPG programs. - Write, test, and debug programs using RPG/400, RPG IV, ILE, and Free format. - Develop and support CL/CLLE programs and SQL queries. - Address system analysis, coding, and technical troubleshooting tasks. - Collaborate with business analysts and other development teams to deliver necessary solutions. - Adhere to coding standards and project schedules. Essential Skills: - Knowledge of iSeries/AS400/Power i systems. - Experience with CL/CLLE. - Proficiency in RPG/400, RPG IV, ILE, and Free format programming. - Understanding of SQL and Query/400. - Familiarity with financial industry applications or related business processes.
