The technician will ensure all laboratory practices adhere to industry standards and maintain the integrity of specimens and data. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine Strong Laboratory Skills and experience with Laboratory Equipment Knowledge of Quality Control procedures within a laboratory setting Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications or qualifications in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field are preferred Previous experience in a healthcare or medical laboratory environment is advantageous
