We are expanding our retail presence in Delhi NCR and looking for energetic sales talent to join our journey. Role Overview We need a Salesman who can drive product sales, build strong retailer relationships, and help us grow our market presence. Responsibilities Visit retail shops and distributors to promote and sell products Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers Share market insights with the team (pricing, competitors, customer feedback) Requirements Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Experience in FMCG/food sales is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Willing to travel locally in Delhi NCR Benefits Competitive salary + incentives Growth opportunities with a fast-scaling food brand Supportive team and training provided
