Commissioned one new EOT Crane (Make - Electro Mech & Capacity 15/5 T) and dismantled one 58 years old EOT Crane in year 2023. 5. Organised 2 MASS (Manthan Ab Shop Floor Se) waves as a leader which theme was “Positive Isolation on Mechanical Energy” and “Zero Raw Materials Spillage”. Implemented 71 ideas which collected from shop floor employees. 6. Given around 210 suggestions and implemented to enhance safety, productivity, ergonomics etc. 7. Prepared 30 numbers of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the various equipments. 8. Prepared ISO documents for internal and external audits of IMS (Integrated Management System) as a internal auditor certificate holder. Involved as internal auditor and auditee as well as auditee for annual external IMS audit of ISO 9001:2015 for QMS, ISO 14001:2015 for EMS and 45001 : 2018 for OHSMS. 9. Involved in 5 S activity and Visual Workplace Management under TPM. 10. Involved as a Leader of Quality Circle and achieved Par-Excellence awards from 2010 to 2015 in NCQC as well as received Silver award in ICQCC, South Korea 2015. 11. Received Special Shabash award from our MD for the FY 2018-19. 12. Involved in spare parts management of various equipments. 13. Given training to department employees on E. work permit and positive power isolation. 14. Logged Kaizens, Safety Observations, Job Cycle Check and Near Miss every month.
