Job Summary: The Field Relationship Manager (FRM) will oversee and develop strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and property management teams. The FRM will ensure properties are well-maintained, operational issues are resolved, and tenant satisfaction is upheld. This role requires regular travel to different properties to manage relationships, resolve issues, and ensure properties meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: · Client & Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, clients, and tenants. Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests. · Property Inspections: Conduct regular on-site visits to inspect properties, ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met, and address any concerns from tenants or property owners. · Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to tenant and client issues regarding maintenance, complaints, or other concerns. Act as a liaison between tenants and the property management team to resolve issues in a timely manner. · Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate work with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure services are completed effectively and on time. · Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance issues, and service requests. Prepare reports for property owners and upper management on the status of the property. · Lease & Contract Compliance: Ensure that all properties comply with leasing agreements, building codes, and regulations. Monitor lease renewals and property compliance. · Market & Property Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and property conditions. Assist in property evaluations, rent assessments, and market positioning. · Customer Satisfaction: Ensure tenants are satisfied with the condition of the property, quality of services, and overall living experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Proven experience in property management or real estate, with a focus on client and tenant relations. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse groups. · Ability to handle multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines in a dynamic environment. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. · Knowledge of property maintenance processes and vendor management. · Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to conduct property inspections and evaluate property conditions. · High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in real estate, property management, or a related field preferred. · Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (for travel to different properties). Working Conditions: · Travel to different properties in the assigned area. · On-site presence is essential for property inspections, tenant meetings, and issue resolution.
