Note* - Only candidates open to working from our Noida office (WFO) may apply About the Role We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Content Writer to craft engaging, SEO-optimized, and technically accurate content for our IT solutions, products, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical topics into simple, compelling language that connects with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit website content, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product descriptions, User manual, HLD/LLD, workflow diagrams and press releases . Develop technical and marketing content for IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, software development, AI, networking, etc.). Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand tone and marketing goals. Optimize content for SEO , readability, and lead generation. Research industry trends and competitor content to create thought-leadership pieces. Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Proofread and fact-check materials for accuracy and grammar. Skills Required & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Computer Science / IT (with strong writing skills). 2–5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in the IT or tech domain . Strong understanding of IT terminology, software concepts , and Digital Marketing . Excellent command of English (grammar, tone, structure). Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.) and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot). Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing for B2B, B2C IT companies, SaaS platforms , or Tech Consulting firms .
