As the Head of Real Estate Civil Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end execution of projects to ensure successful delivery within budget, on time, and with the highest quality standards. Your role will be crucial in driving strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in project management. Your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and stakeholders" expectations. You will lead the execution of civil projects, monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of project managers, site engineers, and contractors to foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide periodic progress reports and presentations to senior management. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a preference for a Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field. You must possess 15+ years of experience in real estate civil project execution, including large-scale residential and commercial projects, and a proven track record in leading multi-million-dollar projects from initiation to completion. Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in project management tools and software, and familiarity with relevant laws, codes, and standards are essential requirements for this position.,
