Key Accounts Manager Key Duties – Responsible for any/all of the following processes in the Business Cycle Management: a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers) b. Setting Appointments c. Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer) d. Determining the Client’s Solution e. Written Proposal/Document f. Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure g. After Sales support h. Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling Opportunities Apart from the above-mentioned duties the candidate is also expected to:  Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.  Maintain a database of contact information.  Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.  Monitor the competitors’ products and services and create selling strategies for our products and services.  Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring revenue. Required Skills – As a Key Accounts Manager, you would have the following skills and abilities:  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills  Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data  Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills  Excellent active listening skills  Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally  Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends  Extensive, accurate product knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Expected Start Date: 01/09/2025
