Role Description Brand Strategy & Positioning ● Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance AND Spaces’ identity, market presence, and brand recall. ● Ensure alignment of all brand communications with the company’s vision, values, and positioning. Brand Consistency & Design Management ● Maintain brand consistency across all consumer interaction points including marketing collaterals, project sites, events, and digital channels. ● Collaborate with design agencies and vendors to create high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets. ● Oversee content creation and ensure brand storytelling is compelling, differentiated, and consistent along with external agencies. Research & Insights ● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. ● Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Key Skills & Competencies ● Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing communications, and design principles. ● Ability to work independently, with end-to-end ownership of brand-related initiatives. ● Excellent communication and storytelling skills. ● Proficiency in digital marketing, media planning, and performance analytics. ● Strong vendor and budget management skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field. 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors. Proven track record of building and sustaining brand identity across diverse channels.
