All inward material checking process at Receiving Area against invoice All Perishable Material GRN Process will be conducted at Stores Supervise and ensure all Perishable Material has been shifted directly to Retail Store Checking of all items which are sent to the Retail Stores Checking the items against the invoice. All Branded items will be received as per the norms of the Chef requirement. 10. Non-Branded items will be approved by the HOD. 11.Dispatching of material as per requisition received from respective department. 12. Restricted time as per schedule will be adopted for the dispatch. Ensure All received Material are shifted to respective Stores from receiving Area. Monitoring of All Food Ingredients Expiry dates. Monitoring of All Physical Stock and Software stock inventory's are tallying. Monitoring of Inventory Minimum Stock Levels.
