Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and quality control checks. Oversee daily operations on-site, including labour control, material management, and equipment maintenance. Ensure site safety by monitoring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in civil engineering or related field (freshers can apply). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction project
