About the Role We are looking for a Sales Data Coordinator to support our commercial and business development teams through accurate data tracking, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will ensure our sales pipeline, CRM, and performance dashboards are updated, clean, and insightful — enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update sales data across CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools. Track leads, opportunities, deals, and client activity on a daily/weekly basis. Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align data reporting and targets. Support pipeline forecasting, KPI tracking, and sales incentive calculations. Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and insights for management review. Identify data gaps or anomalies and implement corrective actions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data coordination, sales operations, or reporting roles. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets , and experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to data quality and deadlines. Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
