We’re looking for a meticulous Accounts Assistant (or Executive) to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have solid Excel skills and a good understanding of basic accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update daily financial and accounting records. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and vendor bills. Record journal entries and reconcile ledgers. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports. Support audits and compliance processes as needed. Use Excel to manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, and analyze data. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in an accounting or finance role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel: including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic charting. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Desirable Attributes:Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic working environment. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
