Artiste Management & Celebrity Relations

As an Artiste Manager at Rekhta Foundation, you will be responsible for managing artistes and celebrity relations for various programs and events. You will leverage your connections with artistes, celebrities, agencies, and celebrity managers to onboard singers, musicians, poets, actors, writers, and other talents for Rekhta events and initiatives. Additionally, you will keep track of language and literature enthusiasts in the Film Fraternity, Sports, Entertainment, and Music Industries. Your role will involve developing and maintaining a comprehensive artiste database across different categories. You will handle end-to-end interaction and coordination with artistes, ensuring smooth arrangements for their travel, accommodation, and local transportation as needed. To excel in this position, you should have 2 to 10 years of experience in a similar domain, with strong English communication skills. A good understanding of the artiste and celebrity landscape is essential, and an inclination towards Arts & Culture, especially Urdu, would be advantageous. Your skill set should include strong artiste management abilities, the capacity to engage with artistes from various regions and genres, and excellent communication, negotiation, and public relation skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate proficiency in handling multiple tasks concurrently.,
