As a 3D Modeller at Convrse Spaces, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, detailed 3D models for architectural projects. Your passion for 3D modeling and proficiency in tools like 3ds Max and AutoCAD will contribute to the visualization of concepts effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create high-quality real-time 3D renderings and animations using D5 Render. - Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to visualize concepts effectively. - Optimize models, textures, lighting, and materials for photorealistic results. - Ensure efficient workflow integration with 3ds Max + Corona Renderer. - Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across projects. - Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in real-time rendering. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in D5 Render and 3D visualization. - Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition. - Proficiency in 3ds Max + Corona Renderer. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
