Artificial Intelligence Trainer - NLP/Java

You will be joining our team as an experienced AI Trainer with a specialization in Generative AI. Your role will involve creating and providing training programs, workshops, and educational materials to help individuals and teams enhance their skills in AI and machine learning, specifically focusing on Generative AI. Your responsibilities will include developing and conducting AI training sessions for various audiences, such as software developers, data scientists, and business professionals. You will design curriculum and training materials covering topics like machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks like PyTorch-TensorFlow, natural language processing, computer vision, Generative AI, and AI ethics. Your goal will be to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to different learning styles, both in-person and virtually. In addition, you will offer guidance and support to participants during hands-on exercises and projects to reinforce their learning and skills development. It will be essential for you to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning, especially in Generative AI, and integrate them into your training programs accordingly. Collaboration with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders will be crucial to continuously enhance and refine the training content and delivery methods. You will evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AI Development. Experience in training others in artificial intelligence, strong communication and presentation skills, a passion for teaching and mentoring, and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs are key qualifications for this position. Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional technologies would be advantageous.,
