Artificial Intelligence Supervisor

Job Description: As an Artificial Intelligence Supervisor at Allegion, you will lead a team of Data Scientists and AI Engineers, spearheading the development and implementation of AI solutions and data science projects. Your role demands strong technical expertise in Python and React full stack development, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in a Senior-level role mentoring and guiding Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers - Strong commitment to team building, talent development, and creating collaborative environments - Proficiency in designing technical solutions and establishing project plans to achieve technical goals - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM field - 7+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, data science, or full stack development - Expertise in Python for data science and web development, React, modern JavaScript, RESTful API development, and database technologies - Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML deployment, and big data technologies - Understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) About Allegion: Allegion is a global leader in seamless access, securing people and assets with solutions for homes, businesses, schools, and institutions.
