Artificial Intelligence Engineer

• Assist in the development and implementation of AI/LLM-based and other functionalities within our enterprise content management system.
  
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Complete tasks assigned to the team within the agreed timeline.
  
• Refine user story descriptions with product owners and plan by creating necessary tasks.
  
• Implement tasks according to the Definition of Done (DoD) criteria.
  
• Provide demonstrations of accomplished user stories in sprint reviews.
  
• Contribute to code quality through test automation and code reviews.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to features the team builds.
  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant engineering degree
  
• Minimum 3 years of job experience in software development, with some exposure to AI/LLM technologies.
  
• Proficiency in C# .Net and/or Python programming languages.
  
• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies, such as Open AI, AI Search, CosmosDB
  
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI models.
  
• Experience with enterprise document management systems.
  
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  
• Optional experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, C++, and MS SQL
