About the Role

AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement

  automation opportunities

  across business and engineering workflows.
• Design and prototype

  agentic AI systems

  and

  LLM-powered solutions

  (e.g., RAG pipelines, code augmentation, intelligent assistants).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive

  AI-first innovation

  in fintech products.
• Conduct

  applied research

  in areas like Perplexity-style retrieval, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Build and maintain

  production-grade AI pipelines

  using modern ML/AI frameworks.
• Stay current with the latest in AI/ML, especially around

  LLMs, open-source models, and agent frameworks

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
• Strong understanding of

  LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases

  , and

  agentic architectures

  .
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and familiarity with libraries like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Good knowledge about micro services/APIs is preferable.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/GCP/Azure) and

  MLOps

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  Amazon Bedrock

  and its ecosystem (e.g., Claude, Titan, Cohere, etc.).
